Breathing in breathing out .Geetas pranayama classes are masterful I even stay awake. Thurs night pranayama we are in our final savasana so open breath so full ,we open our eyes to a cloud moving in through the windows can"t see out ,can't see the tree next to the building. Ah time to go after the bugs. Pesticides wafting in to our open lungs. Maria looked as if she had been hit by tear gas and new coughs snorts and congestions. Even before this event thesounds of colds and pollution congestion are dominant. Geeta has been ill and all of her cold is sounded through her microphone.... The weather took a dip yesterday I think it dropped into the high 60s.. Yesterday we reconnected with a friend we met the second day I was here. Here took us to the snake park which turned out to be the zoo. We were really the strangest creatures there. Lines five or six deep around the cages. A little carnival set up outside the zoo. We saw a couple of snakes allligators, spotted deer , other horned anomals and a small bear with a bad hair day. It was great we were truelly out of the tourist or even western yogi track. The people moved around played with such freedom. Nursing babies,children held and carried. Beautifull sari after sari only some of the teenage and college girls wear western garb jeans etc. Many of the punjabi outfits for younger girls have shorter tops and yes bellbottom pants a slight diversion from the traditional...
