An Intro to Advanced Yoga Teacher Training with Jean Mazzei
Join us in this ‘Master Class’ for a deeper focus on one of the Vayus, as well as a glimpse into the effect of various asanas on our body, mind and spirit.
This class is aimed to give students insight into Yoga Garden SF’s Advanced Studies Department and specifically relates to the content taught in our RYT-300 program – tracking students to earn their RYT-500 certification. You can find more information about this program here.
Class will be taught by Jean Mazzei, lead instructor for our RYT-500 program and Advanced Studies Director.
