BYOB (Bring Your Own Buddy) to Yoga

yoga friendsWe love that you are a part of the Yoga Garden SF family and we are excited to welcome your mates to the community!

Yoga class is even better with a friend on the mat next to you. A yoga buddy can inspire and support you to practice regularly, challenge and encourage you to do those poses you tend to avoid, and geek out about all things yoga over your favorite summer drinks after class.

Plus, we all have a friend who could use a strong warrior II followed by a good savasana.

If your buddy is new to the studio and also becomes a member, you get $10 account credit.
