CORE MODULE 3: 3-Week Extended

Explore innovative sequencing concepts. Application of themes from Sutras, Hatha, Tantra. Practice and mentor feedback on sequencing assignments. This module, taught by Jen Hecht, has a focus on practical yoga therapy. A magnifying approach will be taken to look at common misalignment and ailments while practicing yoga and how to address them through a therapeutic application.
