Yoga Teachers

We are always on the lookout for additions to our faculty. To be considered, you must be an experienced Iyengar yoga instructor who is either certified by IYNAUS or who is certified-eligible (preparing for assesment). We have a limited number of opportunities for inexperienced teachers who have a mentor teacher who is certified at Intermediate or above, and who are working toward certification. We are currently seeking Iyengar Yoga teachers for several openings at our school.

Cclass vacancies (September through December):
Mondays 7:00 am–8:30 am on-going class
Wednesdays 7:00 am–8:30 am on-going class

Teachers at Yoga Garden of San Francisco are also invited to participate in a weekly study group with other Iyengar yoga teachers on Saturday afternoons from 3:00 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Office Assistants and Studio Assistants

Yoga Garden SF has a limited number of opportunities for students wishing to work for yoga classes. Office Assistants generally address correspondence, file, and enter data . Studio assistants clean the studio or assist with gardening, etc. The exchange rate for both positions is one hour of work for one 90-minute class. Most positions require no more than a one-month commitment, though there are limited opportunities which require a three-month commitment. Email Marisa for more information.
