Peer Teaching Collective August
August 27 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Use the support of fellow graduates and senior teachers to keep your teaching skills honed and your repertoire growing.
This teaching clinic is an exclusive benefit for YGSF teacher training alumni (200, 300, Prenatal, and Children) who have graduated from a 200-hour yoga teacher training program.
The group is facilitated and mentored by senior YGSF instructors. The format includes a rotating opportunity to teach to peers practices that you are developing or “trying out” or wishing to refine or better understand.
Teaching practice is followed by group analysis and critique in a structured format. Teachers who feel they don’t have an agenda to develop will be provided a progressive curriculum to work from so that they can continue to deepen their practice and teaching.
In addition, mentorship will support establishing classes, and gaining confidence and experience. This group has no lecture or assessments—it is an opportunity to draw upon and contribute to the collective growth of our teaching community. Group size is limited and reservations are required.
This course provides 2 Elective Contact Hours for YGSF’s 300 Hour Program and/or 2 Yoga Alliance® CEUs.For more about our 300 Hour Teacher Training, CLICK HERE.
