The Yoga Garden™ is an innovative program combining music, dance and yoga. Integrating these three disciplines provides a purely unique The Yoga Garden™ is taught using auditory, visual and kinetic cues so that each class is accessible to children with different learning strengths. Wonder and exploration permeate these 45-minute classes. We sing songs, play rhythm games, learn basic dance steps and learn some of the classical yoga poses that are based on animals and objects found in the natural world. |

Carrie BirgbauerCarrie Birgbauer, M.A. was an elementary classroom teacher in San
Francisco for eight years. She sustained a hatha yoga practice in the
after school hours and is now a certified yoga instructor. |

| Carrie studies Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, Vipassana meditation, and runs a tutoring business. Carrie apprenticed with Jennifer Durand, founder of The Yoga Garden™ and is now a partner in the business. She teaches children's yoga classes at studios and schools throughout the bay area. | |||||||
