Free Intro to Ayurveda Workshop

Ayurveda means “the knowledge of life” and is a form of natural medicine practiced for thousands of years. A “sister science” of Yoga that was developed in ancient India, Ayurveda believes that each person’s path toward optimal health is unique because each person is unique. During this free “Intro to Ayurveda” workshop, Courtney LaCava, Ayurvedic Practitioner, will teach you about your unique Ayurvedic mind-body constitution, why we become ill, and how you can heal using nutrition, lifestyle practices, herbs, yoga, bodywork and other therapies that support your body to reach its full potential. Through Ayurveda you can remove the causes of imbalance and nurture your body’s innate ability to heal itself using the medicine that Mother Nature has provided.
This is a FREE Workshop and will be 1.5 hours long. Hope you will join us as Ayurveda is a wonderful supplement for your yoga practice!
