Learn to use yoga and writing as therapeutic outlets and tools to help free your mind and body of emotional and energy blockages. Join Anthony Biduck in this two-hour workshop when yoga and writing are used for self exploration.
“Our bodies are garbage heaps where we collect experience, and from the decomposition of the thrown-out eggshells, spinach leaves, coffee grinds, and old steak bones out of our minds, come nitrogen, heat, and very fertile soil,” says Natalie Goldberg in Writing Down the Bones. This very fertile soil-the rich garden of our mind-is harvested by using yoga and writing as therapeutic outlets to draw us deeper within ourselves to see who we really are.
Students please bring your journal or a spiral notebook and a pen for writing. Writing materials can be provided by the teacher at an extra charge.
The cost of this workshop is $25. Sign-Up by July 1st and the cost is $20.
