Mothering in the Moment: a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Workshop for moms with Gabby Yates and Holly Restoni
Motherhood brings about some of the most powerful emotional and physical experiences of our lives, including the soaring highs of connection with our children and partner, but also the tremendous weight of exhaustion and self-doubt. There is often the sense of having too little time and far too much to accomplish. By awakening to the experience of being, instead of doing, we can soften the forward march of time and taste the fullness of our own lives. A perfect self-care treat for Mother’s Day.
