New Class: Intentional Flow & Ayurvedic Flow

Intentional Flow

With new teachers, comes new offerings! We’re excited to present two new classes to the schedule this week. We hope these classes inspire your practice- and teach you something new along the way!

Intentional Flow: Strong, alignment focused vinyasa class with a short meditation (10 – 15 minutes) at the end. This class will help you set intentions that are clear and helpful not just in your spiritual but daily life and bring deeper awareness to your yoga practice.

Ayurvedic Flow: The holistic medicine system of Ayurveda, often referred to as the sister science of Yoga, can help bring your physical practice into balance by tethering it to the rhythms of nature. In this class, you’ll attune your practice to your stress levels, weather and seasonal rhythms and learn self care practices to relate to yourself with more sweetness and ease. Class includes asana, mudra, and short meditation.

*Both classes are taught by Hira Lesea.

Meet Your Instructor: Hira Lesea

Hira Lesea is a committed student of alchemical transformations in the body practicing yoga and meditation for over 15 years. She completed her 500 hour yoga certification through Leigh Evans and Summer Quashie’s unique program- Yoga Sukhavati, studying anatomy and alignment, Ayurveda, and Tibetan Buddhism.

While these ancient modalities have created a deep resonance in her, she understands it is first essential for us to put down the baggage of stress to get to a calmer state where sweetness can be found. Through her investigations, she has come to see that yoga can undo years of embedded patterns, helping us to live more liberated and joyful lives and brings that to her teaching. In addition to yoga, she is an Ayurvedic chef for yoga and meditation retreats.
