Pregnancy Support Group with Angelika Nugent
Join us July 23th in a Mindfulness based Pregnancy, Birth and Parenting Preparation and Support Group. In this on going group you will learn the skill of mindfulness meditation and how to use this skill to help yourself during childbirth and parenting. It is the perfect addition to prenatal yoga asanas.
The support group meets every other Saturday, from 1:00-2:30PM.
