Prenatal Yoga: Free Classes

Support our Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training Trainees!

As part of our internationally-acclaimed Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training, the trainees will teach public prenatal yoga classes under the expert supervision of our very own Marisa Toriggino.

Prenatal students are invited to attend these classes for free. Your presence will give these students of advanced teaching real-world experience in providing safe and effective prenatal yoga classes.
