SCHEDULE UPDATE: Power, Rhythm & Restoration

new classes collageYoga Garden is happy to announce the addition of three new classes to our regular weekly schedule. Brooke Stokes will get us sweating on Monday afternoons with Power Yoga, Robin Duryea will ease us into the weekend with Flow & Restore, and Christie Rafanan will get us grooving on Saturdays with Rhythm & Flow.

Power Yoga – Mondays 5:15-6:15 pm

with Brooke Stokes

This hour class is designed to get you in, get you out and get you sweating. Start your evening off right by pushing yourself to hold strong poses. Power yoga will increase your core strength, improve muscle tone and raise your energy levels for the day. The class is open to all levels.

Flow & Restore – Fridays 6:30-7:55 pm

with Robin Duryea

This class combines the practice of vinyasa and restorative yoga to create a full and comprehensive class. The first hour we move through a heat-building vinyasa practice meant to wring out the week followed by a 30 min wind down intended to soothe and ease the body into the weekend. This class will leave you feeling invigorated and refreshed for all that awaits after.

Rhythm & Flow – Saturdays 5:00-6:30 pm

with Christie Rafanan

Rhythm & Flow is an energetic vinyasa flow class set to a smooth Hip Hop and R&B soundtrack. Eastern practice meets West in this candle-lit room that brings a modern day approach to your regular asana. Rhythm & Flow is both athletically challenging and spiritually invigorating. All levels are welcome and no experience is necessary to enjoy the benefits of this vinyasa flow class. This class is the perfect way to start your night or shake the week off.
