This means that in every yoga class you take or teach, chances are the majority of the room is a back pain sufferer. Join Dr. Mike Lane, DC, and Sonya Genel, ERYT500, for a dynamic, informational afternoon of yoga and experiential anatomy that encompasses back health.

Deepen your understanding of the human body and how our habits and our changing modern world affects our back health. In this workshop we will discuss the difference between balance mobility vs. stability, and flexibility vs. strength. This workshop will have you leaving with confidence to take care of back pain for yourself and/or your students!

This workshop will explore:

• Daily habits on and off the mat that contribute to back pain

• Discover alternative movement patterns and solutions

• Refine your understanding of the human body and experimental anatomy

• Learn methods to strengthen your core, stabilize your spine, and free up your hips

* Tuition is $85 or $70 before October 4th. Earn 4 CEUs by attending this course.
