Last week hundreds of Yogis flocked to the mountains to spend a long weekend immersed in Yoga & Music at Wanderlust Festival. Among them was instructor Sonya Genel who spent 5 days as a Teaching Assistant adjusting and deepening Yogi’s in their poses.Now she’s back to give you some of that love in her own Yoga Garden classes!
