What is Integrative Wellness Coaching?

Integrative wellness coaching sessions use deep listening and insight coaching to discuss wellness goals in: nutrition, self-responsibility and love, breathing, sensing, eating, moving, feeling, thinking, playing, working, communicating, intimacy, finding meaning, and transcending.  You will create structures for working on your wellness goals, co-design activities to achieve vibrant wellness, and bring awareness to areas of your life that may not be fully serving your full potential.

Integrative Wellness Coaching helps you to adopt and sustain lifestyle improvements through tapping into personal strengths and utilizing well-chosen external resources. We work together to discover what you want to do, and how to get there, considering all aspects of your well-being–physical, mental, social, emotional, spiritual, and environmental.

“Integrative” coaching means: we will take a whole-person approach which integrates mind, body, spirit and community; we will value and integrate various health perspectives and healing modalities (both ancient and modern) into your consultations; and ultimately, will help you integrate personalized health and changes into your long-term, daily life.

also received training in hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, and prenatal yoga. She has focused her studies in each field within the lineages of yogic psychology and ayurveda. She studied with two prominent Ayurvedic physicians (Ayurveda is the medical system of India practiced in conjunction with yoga). Megan has taught various workshops in the past regarding natural health, Ayurvedic medicine, yoga, and more. She recently taught:

Anatomy, Physiology, and Ayurveda in a 200-hr yoga teacher training and she is currently co-teaching a course for health care practitioners regarding human flourishing, meditation, and integrative health at the California Institute of Integral Studies.

A typical session will last 60 minutes. Many of the changes people are interested in making with the support of an Integrative Wellness Coach are about managing patterns that have been established over our lifetime. Thus, it takes commitment to begin to alter behaviors, uncover our authentic self, and create a lifestyle that brings flourishing. For this reason, it is highly recommended that clients commit to six months of wellness coaching. Session length and frequency of sessions can be individualized to fit your needs.

Session Prices:

Wellness Session One Hour is $90 for non-members, and $81 for YGSF Members

Auto-renewing Wellness Monthly Membership is $69 per month.
