Her customized sessions blend soul soothing and pain relieving Swedish, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, Foot Reflexology and Reiki, providing you with deep relaxation, stress relief and faster recovery from injuries. Prenatal massages are available as well. She is also a recent graduate of Psychic Horizons as an Intuitive Energy Reader and Healer and enjoys incorporating meditation tools into her work.

Caroline Vigery

Caroline is a Certified Massage Therapist in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Myofascial Release, Reiki, Reflexology and Prenatal. She incorporates different techniques to address every individual’s needs through a nurturing, healing touch. Her work is deep in a gentle way, allowing the body to relax, release held tension while improving overall well-being, leaving you balanced and pain-free. Caroline’s experience in bodywork, practice of energy healing and knowledge of the chakra system has been helpful in her clients’ healing process. She has experience working with clients with physical limitations, suffering from chronic pain and injury recovery.Caroline was trained at the San Francisco School of Massage in 2007, where she eventually became a teacher’s assistant in the Swedish, Shiatsu and Reiki programs in 2009. She completed her Reiki Master with Dr. Eric Rubin and is also offering Reiki I training.

Julia Forberg

Swedish Massage

Julia trained at the San Francisco School of Massage, and specializes in Swedish massage. A classically trained dancer for most of her life, Julia has an intuitive sense of the body and its complex nature. Presently, she is enrolled in the Somatic Psychology program at the California Institute of Integral Studies, working on her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology.

Julia’s approach to massage is grounded in the idea that a peaceful body is a peaceful self. Her gentle approach is well suited for clients who are new to massage or who need special care because of limitations, as well as for anyone who is seeking a calm, relaxing, and meditative massage. She has experience working with clients suffering from chronic and acute physical pain, providing massages for men and women with terminal illnesses. She has a client-centered approach and takes time to listen to each client’s needs prior to the session. Julia creates a safe and welcoming space and finds great joy and peace in providing massage.

Valeria Lannes

Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Swedish, Shaitsu, Myofascial Release

Valeria Lannes hás been practicing massage for more than 10 years. Her treatments are based on trigger points (Tui Na) and Deep Tissue.

During the session, she mixes different techniques (Shiatsu, Swedish, Myofascial Release, Thai…) with her warm, Brazilian style, relaxation and balance. She follows her intuition, listening to her patients to achieve their needs.

Courtney LaCava

Ayurvedic Consultations and Massage 

Courtney LaCava, founder of Dakini Ayurveda, is a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist, Massage Therapist, Certified Yoga Teacher, and Panchakarma Specialist. She is also a member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association. She completed her training with Dr. Marc Halpern at California College of Ayurveda, the longest running, state-approved Ayurvedic Medicine college and professional training program for the study of Ayurveda and Pancha Karma in America. Courtney has also had the honor of studying pulse diagnosis with Dr. Vasant Lad at The Ayurvedic Institute, and has been an avid yoga practitioner for over 12 years.

Courtney’s journey towards Ayurveda began in 1999 with her first yoga class. Turning inward through yoga awakened a profound realization of the body’s innate capacity to heal itself through a life of balance. During a yoga teacher training course at Yoga Mandala in 2006, in one profound and unforgettable instant, her teacher introduced the enlightened concepts of Ayurveda. Not long after, Courtney began her formal studies at California College of Ayurveda. In addition to her Ayurvedic and Yogic studies, she holds a masters degree from UC San Diego. Though not a Californian by birth, she is a Californian at heart, living in the great state since 1998.

Megan Lipsett

Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching

Megan has a BA in Psychology with an emphasis on cognitive psychology and neuroscience and an MA in Integrative Health Studies. She has also received training in hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, and prenatal yoga. She has focused her studies in each field within the lineages of yogic psychology and ayurveda. She studied with two prominent Ayurvedic physicians (Ayurveda is the medical system of India practiced in conjunction with yoga).
