New Women’s Yoga class on Saturdays

The new Women’s Yogaclass, meeting on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 10:30 am, is for all women. The focus is on form and alignment, strength building and relaxation. Yoga asana modifications will be made for students attending who are on their menstrual cycle, pregnant, postpartum (okay to bring your baby) or experiencing menopausal symptoms. Other female specific concerns that can be addressed with yoga asana will be included into the class, as needed.
