Philosophy, History and Practice: Yoga for the Brain
Yoga Education to Supplement your Practice
We offer an ongoing lecture and discussion of the philosophy, history and practice of yoga. This series is intended to supplement the instruction of asana, pranayama and the other six limbs of ashtanga yoga that are taught in our weekly classes. The short lectures and discussion also provide an opportunity for greater social interaction among fellow students.
