Yoga en Español–una nueva clase
Yoga in Spanish–A new class at Yoga Garden San Francisco!
Beginning February 6th–Wednesdays from 7:30-8:30
Join bilingual yoga instructor Paulina Chandani Julian for an alignment-based Hatha/Iyengar class conducted in Spanish. Paulina is a new addition to the Yoga Garden faculty. Originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, she has studied yoga in Mexico, New York and now, as a recent graduate of Yoga Garden’s 200-hour Yoga Alliance® Teacher Training program, San Francisco. We think Paulina’s precise, focused style of teaching translates well in any language.
Yoga in Spanish is a multi-level class, open to all students (regardless of Spanish proficiency). The class is taught in a combination of Iyengar and Hatha styles, with special attention to breath, flow and precise alignment. Options will be given for each level based on ability.
This class welcomes all levels. Fluency is Spanish is not necessary, so don’t be shy! Come practice your yoga…and your Spanish!

You will be thrilled with Paulina as a teacher. She was a student of mine, many years ago, in 4th grade, and then she became my teacher a few years ago when she offered yoga at our school. She is gentle, kind, passionate, intelligent, dedicated and she knows how to provide for individual needs. Congratulations on a wonderful addition to your team. Dawn Lussier in Guadalajara, Mexico
