Yoga for Women: A lifetime of Grace, Vitality, and Poise with Ana-Mari Hamada

Learn how to develop a nurturing yoga practice supports you physically, emotionally, and spiritually. In this two hour workshop, Ana-Mari will guide you through asana (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises) sequences that are customized for your stage in life and how you’re feeling on any given day.You will also have the opportunity to discuss and explore in a safe and intimate setting some of the most common health issues affecting women today. This could include menstrual disorders, pregnancy, menopause, depression, anxiety, and stress related illnesses among others.One of the greatest gifts that yoga can bring is the ability to become more aware of what’s happening in your life, in your body, and with your emotions. Yoga is unique in that it also provides you with the tools needed to cultivate a lifetime of grace, vitality and poise–regardless of the challenges that you may face– so that you may enjoy living this life as freely as possible, capable of experiencing the beauty that resides within all of us.” Workshop is $35.
