Creativity is Your Birthright! You were born onto this planet a creative being. Whether you consider yourself an artist or not your creativity must flow from you toward expansion just as the river eventually goes into the sea. You must bring forth that which lays within you so it can unfold. But many of us hold ourselves back with self-criticism, fearful thoughts, and limited ideas about our own potential. Some feel they have totally lost touch with the creative drive that is their true nature. Fortunately, Yoga can reconnect us with the universal creative impulse which beats deep within us all.
