Yoga to Deepen Your Vital Reserves with Brenna Geehan

Every breath and every posture in yoga can help to increase one’s energy reserve called Prana Vayu. In this class, we will work with specific poses and breath patterns to increase our ability to hold more energy.

This class will feel like a full body massage, from your skin to your bone marrow. Through a series that blends vigorous asana, restorative poses, and pranayama that feeds every cell in your body, we will replenish the energy we need to do all the things we love.
