This is a 1.5 hour workshop with internationally acclaimed teacher author (7 groundbreaking books, one of which was named A Book of the Year by the New York Times) Suzanne Arms, often called Grandmother of the Birth Movement. Suzanne is a birth and parent advocate who inspires as she informs.You will learn the 6 keys to making your life easier and bringing joy and ease during the childbearing year, starting at conception. She will give you an up-to-date understanding of the new scientific evidence which supports ancient wisdom about Birth, Love, and the Primal Period: cell biology, epigenetics, how to grow your baby”s brain fully, the role of natural hormones, the mother-baby bond, the critical role of the father/partner. Learn how parents as the true artists and engineers of the future and why preventing – and healing “birth trauma” is essential to having healthy children and a thriving family. This presentation is suitable for teens, students and elders as well as parents and prospective parents. Babies-in-arms are welcome.
