Aditya Chothani is a San Francisco based yoga teacher. He has been teaching yoga since 2015, and practicing for over a decade. When he first started his yoga practice, he realized that this was an opportunity to connect even more deeply with the intimate wisdom of the physical body and the heart. Both through stillness and through breath.
In the studio, Aditya is focused on an alignment-based practice of movement and breath. He aims to create a flow that is challenging yet accessible, and encourages his students to feel dynamic, strong, and fluid.
