Ally has found yoga to be a space to breathe, a door to the present moment, a close friend that listens, and a reflection of our own current reality. Her classes focus on your inner self awareness, asking you to pause, breathe, feel and then to hold the space for whatever shows up without judgement and with a lot of love. She reminds her students that you can always begin again, as many times as it takes. She believes in rituals that nourish our soft, sweet spirits and nervous systems to encourage self care and deep relaxation.
Ally has over 350 hours of training and is continuing her studies towards her 500 RYT with Janet Stone Yoga. She has a deep love for working with youth and is incredibly grateful to be a yoga & mindfulness educator with Headstand, The Art of Yoga Project, and Niroga to share these practices with incarcerated teens, youth in schools, women in recovery & other rehabilitative facilities.
