Since 2011, Brandi’s calling has been to empower students to connect to their own innate wisdom through the magic of their yoga practice. In her classes, she specializes in vinyasa flow and yin yoga for healing, and emphasizes the body-mind connection. Her vinyasa classes are alignment-based, challenging, sweaty moving meditations, underpinned by the philosophical principles of yoga. She also teaches seated meditation and self-healing techniques.
