After feeling left out and unseen in yoga spaces, she decided to create Yoga for All Bodies™, an inclusive, welcoming, and accessible practice based on the incorporation of postural variations and the freedom to invite students of all bodies to meet one another and enjoy their body and mind in yoga practice, all while taking their power back.
