This module focuses on strengthening your asana practice by learning a wider array of postures and creating a home practice. You will learn how to skillfully use self-inquiry as a tool in your asana practice, and utilize personal modifications and self-adjustments that are appropriate for your physical and emotional state,

$850 for this 30 hour module. Drop-in participants are required to hold a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate, or have some equivalent of yoga teaching experience to enroll. Gain access to all YGSF programs, trainings and classes with our ProElite Membership!
300-Hour Program:
Completion of this module will apply to the 300 hours required by Yoga Alliance for your 300-hour Advanced certification. Core modules can be taken in any order. Students may re-take any of the Core Modules for full credit at a slightly reduced rate.
