This module explores different aspects of the subtle or energetic body, including teachings of the koshas, elemental chakras, pancha vayus, rasa, spanda and hatha, within the backdrop of our nervous system. You will learn about these principles in a combination of theoretical lecture and discussion, as well as the experiential practices of asana, karana, pranayama, meditation, reflection and considerations for sequencing for desired effect.

Drop-in participants are required to hold a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate, or have some equivalent of yoga teaching experience to enroll.

300-Hour Program:
Completion of this 30 hour module will apply to the 300 hours required by Yoga Alliance for your 300-hour Advanced certification. Students may re-take any of the Core Modules for full credit at a slightly reduced rate.
