Aromatherapy and Yoga for the Seasons: Spring

Breathe in, breathe out and learn. In this comprehensive workshop, Katrin will present a case for using your senses to improve your health and well-being. The fine scents of essential oils inspire the mind, invoke memories and reconnect us with nature when we have forgotten the smell of “the original”.
For this workshop, we will work through yoga poses while utilizing an array of essential oils perfectly suited for spring. Draw in vital air through your nose, practice the poses with your body, and allow for the invisible power of the essential oils to help with your energetic alignment for this season.
In the second part of this workshop, you will have an opportunity to craft a natural scent for you to take home for free!
