Awakening to Spring

Springtime is near. This is the season we come alive and experience change, cleansing and new beginnings. Come join Ally & Sandy as we celebrate the Spring Equinox with an evening of Restorative Yoga, High-Frequency Crystal Bowl Sound Healing, Meditation, and Intention Setting. We will nourish ourselves and get clarity on what we are calling in so that we may move into this next cycle with grace, ease and inspired action. We will upgrade our vibrations. All are welcome!

Bring your own journal, mat, eye cover and wear cozy comfortable clothes that make you feel good.

Ally Devi

Ally has found yoga to be a space to breathe, a door to the present moment, a close friend that listens, and a reflection of our own current reality. Her classes focus on your inner self awareness, asking you to pause, breathe, feel and then to hold the space for whatever shows up without judgement and with a lot of love. She reminds her students that you can always begin again, as many times as it takes. She believes in rituals that nourish our soft, sweet spirits and nervous systems to encourage self care and deep relaxation.

Ally has over 350 hours of training and is continuing her studies towards her 500 RYT with Janet Stone Yoga. She has a deep love for working with youth and is incredibly grateful to be a yoga & mindfulness educator with Headstand, The Art of Yoga Project, and Niroga to share these practices with incarcerated teens, youth in schools, women in recovery & other rehabilitative facilities.

Sandy Rosenthal

Sandy is a certified yoga instructor (ERYT 200) in the Bay Area. She began practicing yoga and mindfulness consistently in 2014 as a way to work through her generalized anxiety and depression. Her intention is to build community through vulnerability and to remind you that your mental health matters just as much as your physical health. Through yoga, mindfulness, sound healing, and self-study techniques, she is slowly but surely learning how to release mental chatter and limiting beliefs – and she feels honored that she gets to share those tools with you as well.

Sandy currently serves as a full-time Yoga & Mindfulness teacher at a local middle school, sharing tools and strategies for students to overcome the toxic stress and anxiety that often comes along with growing up in poverty. She also shares her yoga and crystal sound healing practices by teaching a few classes a week at a local studio. She teaches vinyasa flow and focuses on teaching yoga and mindfulness techniques to help students self-regulate emotions and live their yoga OFF their yoga mats.
