In this comprehensive Barre Teacher Training program, you’ll learn the fundamentals of the barre fitness method, basic anatomy, and instructional techniques you will need to become a barre instructor.
Barre classes are 60-minute, total body workouts with a cardio element that keeps the heart rate elevated the entire class. Students leave no muscle untoned and burn hundreds of calories by keeping the heart rate up. The comprehensive teacher training will prepare interested candidates to teach Barre classes.
The training will focus on mastering the concepts of barre instruction, textbook training, teaching practice classes and final testing for certification.
Tuition is $990, or $749 if enrolled with $250 deposit on or before 9/19.
