Break it Down: Handstand

Adho mukhavrksasana, or Handstand/Full Arm Balance, is one of the most beneficial poses in the entire asana repertoire; however, it really needs to be done in a way that is healthy and sustainable. Good alignment and preparation means no shoulder pain, no wrist injuries, and no dangerous falls.
This workshop is designed to provide you with tools for a healthy and lifelong handstand practice.

*Prerequisite: Must be able to kick up to handstand at the wall for 2 sec.
