With Sachi Doctor

In a world of information overload is it easy to become reliant on external information to tell us how we should feel, what we should eat, and so on. Yet each of us has an inner guide that we can learn to trust steer us in the direction most aligned with who we are. This inner wisdom is the knowledge that comes from quieting the mind, setting aside the ego, setting aside one’s ideas of how things should be, and listening and feeling for what feels truly right.

In this workshop we will explore this difference between the will of the ego, ideas & thought-forms of an active mind, and the innate wisdom of the body. We will use movement, guided meditation, journal prompts and group discussion to help us each listen in and reattune to our inner wisdom — our sacred guide.Sachi Doctor is a holistic health & Ayurveda practitioner based in Oakland, CA. She comes from a lineage of Indian healers and doctors and blends Ayurvedic principles and yogic philosophy with plant-based medicine to help clients connect cultivate awareness of what makes them thrive.
