Pranayama: Breathing for Transformation

Pranayama is a powerful tool for emotional and physical relief with many applications for everyday life.
In this workshop you will focus on breathing techniques to soothe your nervous system and common physical discomforts, as well as, learn methods for activation and creating balance.
You will learn traditional yoga breathing techniques of samavrtti and visamavrtti pranayama and examine the relationship of pranayam to both meditation and the prana vayus.
This workshop is perfect for teachers who are looking to enhance their offerings and expand their skill set, as well as for students who want to deepen their own knowledge.
