Inside of each of us lives a place of peace.
The way of tea reminds us to be present to this. Each sip invites us to re-discover this still quietude. With tea, we sink into the here and now by connecting to our senses and creating a deeper connection to the earth, ourselves and each other. We begin to see clearly.
Start your morning with a tea of your choice or your preferred morning beverage (warm lemon water, coffee, etc. though tea is encouraged). This is a lovely practice of mindfulness with guided meditation, silence, prayer and intention setting.

Come sit, sip and begin anew.

Note: this is a virtual offering. please prepare by having a cup/french press/tea pot with your tea leaves, tea bag, herbs, coffee or lemon, etc. and a separate vessel with hot water. together we will join the two. You can also arrive with your warm beverage prepared already if you choose as well.
