Trauma-Informed YTT: Practicum

Trauma-Informed: Practicum with Europa Grace
Practicum I: In this module, students will attend and experience a one-hour trauma-informed class led by a teacher on the Trauma-Informed Teacher Training staff, and then spend 30 minutes discussing the class. Please come on time and be prepared to jump right into an asana practice. Bring a notebook or other device with which to take notes and write down reflections.
Practicum II: This module is to be taken AFTER the Trauma-Informed: Practicum I module. In this module, students will come prepared to teach a 30-minute sequence to one another. In breakout rooms, each student will partner up with another student in class, and teach one another their own sequences. The instructor will come around to the breakout rooms to observe and/or offer guidance. Then students will return to the main room and have 30 minutes for group discussion and reflections. Students must come prepared with a 30-minute sequence already written.
