Learn evidence-based practices to unlock back pain and hip tightness. Keep your lower body mobile and strong, while cultivating adaptability for moving well in all kinds of ways! Yogic awareness plus functional movement and a sprinkle of playfulness is great for everyone!


Yoga & Movement Medicine: For Feeling Cooped Up!
Saturday, July 18th 12:00pm-1:30pm

We’ve all had to adapt to staying home. Though retreat and reflection sound great, they aren’t completely realistic! Learn ways to move, transform, and release pent-up energy we are all having to handle as we shelter-in-place. We will investigate what the wisdom of yoga and the science of embodiment have to offer. All are welcome.

Discover evidence-based tips and practices to unlock tension in the neck and shoulders. Undo computer slouch and posture slump. Learn good habits to support ease and grace in your upper body through yogic movement with a functional lens. Useful for all who practice computer-asana!


Yoga & Movement Medicine: Stress

Stress comes in many forms, often with different remedies.  Sometimes we are agitated, in fight/flight. Other times we shut down and shut out the world. Learn how to identify and address both through evidence-based and accessible tools and practices. All humans are welcome.
