200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training: Summer Immersion 2021
July 6 - August 1
Train with top Bay Area teachers and find your yoga community in our 5-star rated, Yoga Alliance certified 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training – now back in the studio!
Yoga Garden SF has been helping people advance their practice and build professional yoga careers for 22 years. Our signature alignment-based vinyasa curriculum equips you with a solid foundation in anatomy, alignment, philosophy, sequencing and teaching skills, enabling you to teach your practice. You will receive expert, personalized instruction and diverse perspectives from accomplished teachers in a moderately sized (10-20 students) class. Our students start teaching from week one, and by the end of training will comfortably lead 60-90 minute, all-level yoga classes.
Included with your tuition, you will receive an unlimited membership for the duration of training and the month after, PLUS access to our online learning platform for one year.
The immersion format is designed for students who wish to complete their training in the shortest period possible. For students wishing to deepen their practice, the immersion provides an excellent ”urban retreat” experience in the heart of San Francisco. For students wishing to begin their professional training process, this format will accelerate progression into the Advanced 300 Hour Teacher Training. Most sessions will be held at Yoga Garden SF at 286 Divisadero Street, with some lectures taking place online via Zoom. We’re excited to offer this “best of both worlds” approach given the benefits we observed during a full year of online learning!
Graduates of this 200 Hour Teacher Training program are qualified to register with Yoga Alliance® at the RYT200 level. Graduates also receive 15% off future trainings and workshops at Yoga Garden SF.
BIPOC are encouraged to apply for our BIPOC Teacher Training Scholarship. Applications for this training are due by 5/28/21.
