Calling all moms-to be! We invite you to join us for free prenatal classes in November. This is an opportunity to support Prenatal Teacher Trainees gain real classroom experience while benefiting your practice and your baby.
This free 90-minute prenatal yoga class is offered as part of our internationally-acclaimed Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training. The class is taught by trainees under the expert supervision of our Prenatal Program Director, Marisa Toriggino.
