Take your practice outdoors with Hiking Yoga classes at Yoga Garden SF!
Get ready for a fun and active morning of outdoor yoga integrated throughout a 3-mile urban hike. Build heat, endurance, strength, flexibility, and balance while exploring neighborhood hills and parks, meeting new people, and enjoying stunning views of the city.
You’ll warm up with a walk to a nearby park for stretching and sun salutations. Then pick up the pace hiking up hills and stairways, pausing at scenic spots to practice yoga. The final yoga stop will be a more extended practice that ends with a closing nature meditation.
Wear running/walking shoes and layers. No yoga mat is necessary.
Students of all levels welcome. The class meets in the Yoga Garden SF lobby. In the event of rain, class will be canceled.
