RYT 200 | Teacher
Passionate about making yoga practice accessible to beginners, Janae’s style of teaching focuses on alignment, mindfulness and breathing techniques. Each class is designed to create an exploratory movement experience that challenges students to marry effort with ease to cultivate a deep awareness of self. Students are encouraged to get curious in their practice in order to better understand themselves—physically and mentally. Janae received her 200 RYT certification under Mark Rausa and is currently working toward completing her 500 RYT under Janet Stone.
