Mariah Jiles is an East Bay-based vinyasa yoga teacher. She began her practice in 2017 and since then, she has been captivated by the comforting effects that her yoga practice has on the mind, body, and soul.
Mariah’s teaching style is unhurried, soothing and supportive. She intentionally guides her classes in this way to give her students and their nervous systems adequate space to find calm. Her goal is to ensure that the postures offered in her classes are accessible to people’s bodies, and she aims to give all yogis the time they need to connect breath with movement. People who attend her class can expect to be led through breathwork and a series of postures that will allow them to find and honor their edge.
