Megan discovered yoga after college as a way to stay grounded and help manage anxiety. Since then, her practice has adapted with her through all sorts of life changes (she completed her 500-hour teacher training at Yoga Garden while 39 weeks pregnant!). In 2020, she became a teacher with the hope of sharing the many gifts of this practice–including confidence, strength, patience, and compassion–with others.
With training in alignment-based vinyasa, prenatal, and restorative yoga, Megan crafts creative and mindful flows for students of all levels. Her classes encourage students to explore and challenge themselves while listening to their bodies and meeting themselves where they are every time they step on the mat.
Megan lives in her hometown of Pacifica with her husband and young son. Outside of yoga, she can often be found perusing coffee shops, walking along the beach, and baking sourdough bread. To find out more, visit meganaprilyoga.com.
