Molly started practicing yoga in 2015, found the Yoga Garden community in 2017, and completed YGSF’s 200-hour training in early 2019. Like many yogis before her, she experienced a series of transformative personal and spiritual events after training. She quit her job, meditated in the woods of West Virginia for a while, and drove across the United States twice. Molly returned to the Bay Area in late 2019, delighted to find an opening on the team at YGSF and ready to pursue a life more in line with her true values. Besides yoga, she loves to write, dance, stay up late, and eat pancakes at diners.
