Did you know that you must acquire a license to use music for commercial purposes (to make money)? If you download songs from the internet, purchase from iTunes, Pandora, Spotify, etc. you are only licensed to use that music for personal enjoyment. Any other use is illegal and considered theft.
Investigators with ASCAP have determined that Yoga Garden SF yoga classes do use their music and are demanding payment for those licenses. Before making a decision on how to proceed, I would like to know how extensively music is being used at our studio.
