Yoga has been one of the most profound tools Phoenix discovered that led to radical transformation and profound awareness of her body and all life around her.
Movement has been her medicine, and she has been a fire performer and dancer for 10 years. Within that, yoga has been the glue to balance her body, mind, and soul.
Phoenix deeply believes that the body is the pathway to deepen the awareness and connection to infinite spiritual realms. To her, she is always a student, and yoga is a never ending practice. She holds her class with non judgement and is simply here to guide her students to become empowered by their bodies and remember their infinite potential.
She has been teaching for 4 years and although she was originally trained in Iyengar yoga, she finds balance and fluidity in teaching and practicing alignment based Vinyasa. For her awareness of our bodies and anatomy is crucial for longevity and vitality. She also loves teaching yin yoga, yoga nidra, mindfulness, and restorative.
