I loved my prenatal/postpartum yoga teacher training at Yoga Garden SF. I really was ready to launch my prenatal yoga classes after completing the program.

I strongly recommend this prenatal teacher training to every yoga teacher that expresses an interest in a prenatal specialty. My experience was very interactive, focused, and enjoyable. The atmosphere at Yoga Garden San Francisco is like a breath of fresh air!
Lydia Tedder

My experience in the prenatal teacher training at Yoga Garden of San Francisco was absolutely eye-opening and inspiring. Marisa, David, the midwives and the rest of the teaching team were incredible to learn from.
Molly Ford
The experience not only gave me the head knowledge in prenatal yoga but most importantly inspired me to reach out further to the community of pregnant women by empowering them, making them feel strong and healthy, and make the journey of pregnancy a beautiful experience for them.
Dr. Arlene Tuazon
Doctor of obstetrics and gynecology
The most beneficial part of the program was the opportunity to teach to prenatal students several times over the course of the training. This significantly helped me feel more prepared and confident to immediately start teaching prenatal classes.
Nicole Cavales
Yoga Teacher Austin, TX
I can’t thank my teachers enough, for being so generous with their knowledge, and supporting me in becoming the teacher I am today. Yoga Garden will always be like a second home to me.
